At KAYALI, we want you to find your perfect scent signature, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for products in their original, unopened packaging. Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been used or sprayed.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in the original shipping box, ensuring the fragrance bottles are secure and include the original packing slip.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and attach it firmly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
